Preparation

For any job (residential, commercial, interior or exterior) preparation is usually involved. If a surface has ever painted before, the old coat must be cleaned and prepped. If your surface is cracked, warped or peeling, we'll have to spend some extra time prepping. This may mean an additional cost. Your contractor will discuss the details and pricing of each job before it starts.
